We focus on residential rehab and resale, ground-up new construction, and ADU/DADU additions across the Pacific Northwest — primarily Greater Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Olympia, and the Eastside.
Do you work with outside investors?

Do you buy off-market properties?
Absolutely. We work with wholesalers, agents, and direct sellers. If you have a property that fits our criteria, reach out and we'll underwrite it quickly.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
